NorthRock Media's strategic approach helps Mayfair Delivers to successfully penetrate and grow their market share in London's high-end hospitality industry.
Mayfair Delivers is a London-based alcohol distributor that supplies high-end wines and spirits to the hospitality industry, such as clubs, bars and restaurants. Their goal was to increase their market share in London and establish themselves in the high-end and famous clubs and restaurants in London's West End. However, these establishments were incredibly exclusive and not easy to get into, presenting a significant challenge for Mayfair Delivers to attract new business.

To help Mayfair Delivers achieve their goal, NorthRock Media started with thorough research on the establishments they were trying to attract, as well as a strong look at their branding, position, and competition. We identified that Mayfair Delivers' USP was competitive pricing and same-day delivery, and leaned heavily into this to become a convenient and cost-effective supplier of choice for their customers.

NorthRock Media created a series of outreach campaigns using a mix of print material, email campaigns, and social campaigns aimed at the buyers in the clubs. We used a data-driven approach to track and analyze the effectiveness of each campaign, tweaking and refining our approach as we went to maximize results.

Thanks to NorthRock Media's strategic approach and close collaboration with Mayfair Delivers, they were able to grow their customer base throughout London and win supplier contracts with some of London's most exclusive clubs and venues, such as Cuckoo, Maddox, and Mahiki. Mayfair Delivers achieved their goal of increasing their market share in London and establishing themselves in the high-end hospitality industry, resulting in significant business growth.
