NorthRock Media helped GT Motive penetrate the UK market and establish itself as a strong competitor in the automotive industry, resulting in significant business growth in the first year.
To help GT Motive achieve their goal, NorthRock Media started with thorough research on the UK automotive repairs industry, including size, composition, and main drivers. We then conducted a detailed product-market fit analysis and SWOT analysis to identify gaps between the needs of the car repairers and the incumbent software. We found that smaller bodyshops and solo owner-operators would be the best fit for our infiltration strategy and identified several key areas where GT Motive could offer additional value to their potential customer base.
NorthRock Media centred our online campaigns around these key areas and created a series of training videos and educational content to get the market familiar with the software and comfortable with using it. We also ran paid media ads and hosted a series of webinars and demos.
In the first year, GT Motive managed to carve a strong position in the UK market, hoovering up many of the smaller independent bodyshops and providing a strong offer in the marketplace.
