The Paladin Project
NorthRock Active Helps The Paladin Project Achieve Success in Engaging Target Audience and Reducing Youth Crime through Combat Sports Training. The Paladin Project is a UK-based charity that provides combat sports training for youths and teens in high-risk areas to help them learn discipline, get into sports and off the streets, and develop their emotional control and self-expression. Their goal was to develop an enticing, value-driven offer that resonates with their target audience, which includes the parents and guardians of the youths and teens they serve. The Paladin Project also wanted to foster long-term client relationships with their participants and supporters.
To help The Paladin Project achieve their goal, NorthRock Active started by conducting in-depth research on their target audience and developing buyer personas to identify their needs, pain points, and motivations. From there, we created a comprehensive communications strategy that would engage with both the participants and their parents/guardians. We worked with The Paladin Project to create a series of value-driven offers that showcased the benefits of combat sports training and how it could positively impact their lives.
NorthRock Active designed a range of collateral, including social media posts, email campaigns, and blog articles, to support and promote The Paladin Project's services. We also helped to foster long-term client relationships by developing ongoing communications to stay engaged with participants and their families, such as a monthly newsletter with training tips and success stories from other participants.
Thanks to our strategic approach and close collaboration with The Paladin Project, they were able to develop an enticing offer that resonates with their target audience and foster long-term client relationships. The communications strategy helped to promote the positive impact of combat sports training and build trust and credibility with parents and guardians, resulting in increased engagement and participation from their target audience. The Paladin Project was able to expand its reach and support more youths and teens in high-risk areas, leading to greater success in achieving their goal of reducing gang violence and knife crime in these communities.
